Endogenous reference points and behavioral heterogeneity in resale markets: The mediating role of asset hierarchy
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the empirical data and R scripts used for the structural decomposition analysis presented in the paper, "Endogenous reference points and behavioral heterogeneity in resale markets: The mediating role of asset hierarchy" Contents: 1. /output: The full set of model estimation results, including the structural parameters and sensitivity analyses. 2. /scripts: The R source code required to replicate all empirical results. 3. /data: The full dataset enabling the replication of all the outputs. 4. session_info.txt: Technical specifications and package dependencies for the analytical environment. Methodology: This analysis examines sellers' pricing behavior within a dual-domain psychological framework. We employ a Finite Mixture Model (FMM) to derive posterior probabilities of Type 2 (behavioral) membership, which are then used as analytical weights to isolate the sensitivity of transaction prices to fundamental market values versus internal acquisition costs.
