Transcriptome Analysis of M. longissimus thoracis et lumborum in Wannan Yellow Rabbit with Divergent Residual Feed Intake Phenotypes

The objective of this study was to identify the skeletal muscle transcriptomic profile of rabbit divergent with extreme RFI, aiming to elucidate the underlying biology of RFI by investigating key genes and pathways implicated in RFI divergence and put forth new insight into the biomarkers for RFI selection in rabbits.
