Single cell RNA-seq analysis of the effects of fluphenazine and/or nilotinib on primary CML CD34+CD38- cells

Single cell RNA-seq was performed on primary human CML CD34+CD38- cultured in vitro for 48 hrs in the presence of fluphenazine or nilotinib alone, or a combination. Overall design: CML CD34+CD38- cells were flow sorted from primary CD34+ cells and cultured in vitro for 48 hrs in the presence of fluphenazine alone (5 µM) and/or with nilotinib (5 µM). Cells were then processed for single cell RNA-seq analysis (n = 1 sample).
