HER2 IHC scores from 15 pathologists for 460 gastric cancer cases

This dataset contains the de-identified HER2 immunohistochemistry (IHC) scores (0, 1+, 2+, 3+) assigned by each of 15 pathologists to each of 460 gastric cancer cases, as analyzed in the associated manuscript titled 'Multi-Institutional Assessment of HER2 Immunohistochemistry in Gastric and Esophagogastric Junction Cancer’. The data is the basis for all inter-observer agreement analyses (Overall Percent Agreement, Fleiss’ kappa, ONEST plots) reported in the study. The manuscript describing this dataset, titled 'Multi-Institutional Assessment of HER2 Immunohistochemistry in Gastric and Esophagogastric Junction Cancer’, is currently under review at iScience.
