This dataset was collected for the Master’s thesis “Investigating Omnichannel Healthcare Consultation Preferences: A Study of Urban Digital Generation” at Bina Nusantara University. It contains fully anonymized survey responses from urban Generation Y and Z on factors influencing omnichannel healthcare adoption. The dataset is available for academic research purposes only, with access subject to reasonable request and author approval.
