Interactions between National and Labour Market Based Pensions in Norway: Pension Outcomes and Policy Processes, 2018

There is considerable research and debate on the reform of the old age pension in the National Insurance Scheme in Norway, but less is known about the related changes in the contractual pension scheme (AFP) and the consequences of the new regulations for occupational pension schemes in the private sector. This project focused on the overall pension system and the interplay between various schemes. The overall ambition was to map out and model the full impact of the 2011 pension reform, to improve the understanding of the policy processes shaping various parts of the reform, and to place these findings in a broader European context.

挪威国家保险计划（National Insurance Scheme）下的老年养老金改革已获得大量研究与探讨，但学界对契约养老金计划（contractual pension scheme, AFP）的相关调整，以及新法规对私营部门职业养老金计划（occupational pension schemes）产生的影响却知之甚少。本项目聚焦于整体养老金体系及各类计划间的相互作用机制，其总体目标为梳理并建模2011年养老金改革的全面影响，深化对塑造改革各环节的政策制定流程的理解，并将研究结论置于更广阔的欧洲政策语境中展开分析。
