The miRNA profile from rats ventral prostate submitted to maternal low protein diet

Methods: Ventral prostate microRNA profiles of 21- and 540-day-old control rats (CTR) and gestacional and lactacional low protein diet rats (GLLP) were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina HiSeq-2500.研究方法：采用Illumina HiSeq-2500平台进行三次重复深度测序，获取21日龄与540日龄对照组（CTR）大鼠以及妊娠与哺乳期低蛋白饮食组（GLLP）大鼠的腹侧前列腺微小RNA（microRNA）表达谱。
