This dataset is generated for hydrodynamic polishing of the outer raceway of bearing inner rings, covering process parameters, simulation parameters and other relevant contents. The dataset was developed by Dalian University of Technology, utilizing multiple testing instruments including white light interferometers and Mitutoyo surface profilers. By referring to this dataset, the ultra-precision machining of the outer raceway of bearing inner rings can be smoothly completed, which is of great significance.
