Application Cards — Salinity of the soils of the Emilia-Romagna plain between 50-100 cm. first approximation

The salinity chart describes the state of salinity of soils between 50-100 cm. It is a first representation derived from geostatistical analysis based on punctual data collected in the Soil Database. The representation of the territory takes place through a mesh structure consisting of cells with 1 km side. The card contains information about: the salinity class according to USDA’s Soil Survey Manual (Richards, 1954); the electrical conductivity value of the saturated paste extract (ECe in DSM-1) estimated through geostatistical analysis; the reliability of the estimate, i.e. the degree of reliability of the value provided which allows a correct interpretation of the Charter.本盐度（salinity）图表描述了50至100厘米深度土层的盐度状况。该图表为首次基于土壤数据库采集的点位数据，经地统计分析生成的空间表征成果。研究区域的空间表征采用边长为1千米的网格单元结构实现。本图表包含以下信息：依据美国农业部（USDA）《土壤调查手册》（Richards, 1954）划定的土壤盐度等级；通过地统计分析估算得到的饱和糊状提取物电导率值（DSM-1中的ECe）；以及估算结果的可靠性，即所提供数值的可靠程度，可用于正确解读本盐度图表。
