All data refer to pupils in schools with grades according to the target and knowledge-related grading system. Pupils in year 9 with the lowest grade of E in modern languages as language choice, location municipality, percentage (%). “Local municipality” means pupils in both municipal and independent schools located in the municipality regardless of where they are registered in the population register. Data is available according to gender breakdown.本数据集所有数据均对应采用目标导向型知识关联评分体系进行学业等级评定的学校在校生。数据覆盖的学生需满足以下条件：就读九年级、将现代语言作为选修语言且该科目最低评定等级为E，统计维度包含所属行政区（municipality）与占比（%）。此处所称「地方行政区（municipality）」的定义为：无论学生在人口登记系统中的注册地为何，只要其就读的公立学校与独立学校位于该行政区内，均纳入统计范畴。数据集可按性别维度进行拆分统计。
