Cooperative ETS Transcription Factors Enforce Adult Endothelial Cell Fate and Cardiovascular Homeostasis [Liver_InVivo_ATACseq]

Bulk ATACseq of mouse in vivo liver vascular Endothelial samples either control or Erg and Fli1 knock out. Mice were intravitally injected with VE-cadherin antibody. Tissues were dissociated by Collagenase Dispase digestion and stained for CD45 and CD31. Endothelial cells were sorted as live (Dapi negative), CD45 negative, CD31 positive, VE-cadherin positive cells. Sorted endothelial cells were processed for ATAC-seq using the Zymo DNA Clean & Concentrator-5 kit and using NEBNext X2 MasterMix (New England Biolabs).
