Wytham woods 2016 1.4ha leaf-on individual tree point clouds (mannual segmented, under the folder "DATA_pointclouds_txt");2. The leaf-wood separation results (leaf-removed point clouds) of all leafwood separation algorithms(under the folder "DATA_pointclouds_txt");3. The QSMs of all leaf-removed points (the QSMs are produced by TreeQSM v2.0 algorithm, under the folder "DATA_QSM_opt");4. The data used for analysis and graphs (under the folder "DATA_pointclouds_txt");5. The R code used for graphs; Due to upload file size limitations, other optimal QSMs files of leaf-removed points can be found:DATA_QSM_opt-2: 10.5281/zenodo.14907162DATA_QSM_opt-3: 10.5281/zenodo.14908048 wytham woods2015 1.4ha leaf-off dataset can be found from: https://zenodo.org/records/7307956   ================================================                    Funding================================================ The TLS fieldwork was funded through the Metrology for Earth Observation and Climate project (MetEOC-2), grant number ENV55 within the European Metrology Research Programme (EMRP). The EMRP is jointly funded by the EMRP participating countries within EURAMET and the European Union. Funds for purchase of the UCL RIEGL VZ-400 instrument was provided by the UK NERC National Centre for Earth Observation (NCEO) and UCL Geography.
