Integrative structure determination of the mitochondrial contact site and cristae organizing system (MICOS) complex

MICOS is an inner mitochondrial membrane complex involved in cristae dynamics and remodeling. We combined information from XLMS, biochemical assays, ET, AF predictions, homology modeling, sequence alignments, and stereochemistry information and applied Bayesian integrative structure determination to investigate the molecular architecture of a sub-complex of the MICOS complex: Mic10-Mic13-Mic19-Mic60. The present dataset pertains to the results of this study.
