Compound-specific stable isotope analyses of fatty acids of salt marsh species from 2015-05-01 to 2017-06-30

This dataset contains the compound-specific stable carbon isotope values for twelve fatty acids from the primary producer (n = 6 species) and consumer (n = 16) tissues collected from 2015-2017 from eight sites in southern Louisiana. The compound-specific stable carbon isotope samples were analyzed at the WasserCluster Lunz - Biologische Station Inter-University Center for Aquatic Ecosystems Research (Lunz, Austria). Sample collection information is also presented.

本数据集包含2015至2017年间，从路易斯安那州南部8个采样点采集的初级生产者（primary producer，共6个物种）与消费者组织（共16份）的12种脂肪酸的化合物特异性稳定碳同位素值。上述化合物特异性稳定碳同位素样品的分析工作均在奥地利伦茨的大学间水生生态系统研究中心伦茨生物站（WasserCluster Lunz - Biologische Station Inter-University Center for Aquatic Ecosystems Research）完成。本数据集同时提供样品采集相关信息。
