＊統計地區範圍及對象：凡本市依職業安全衛生法規定，由中央主管機關指定，應填載職業災害情形報請勞動檢查機構備查之事業單位(不含經濟部加工出口區、經濟部礦務局、科學園區)，均為統計對象。
＊統計標準時間：靜態資料以期底之事實為準，動態資料以每年1月1日至12月31日之事實為準。

Overview of Designated Business Units Required to Submit Occupational Accident Statistics in Taichung City
* Statistical Scope and Target Population: All business units in Taichung City that are designated by the central competent authority pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act, and are required to fill out and report occupational accident details to labor inspection agencies for record-keeping (excluding the Export Processing Zone of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Mining Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, and Science Parks) are the statistical targets.
* Statistical Standard Time: Static data shall be based on the actual status as of the end of the relevant period; dynamic data shall be based on the actual occurrences from January 1 to December 31 of each year.
