依據總體模型，推估在達到2025-2030年平均每年經濟成長率3.4%之前提下，產業發展所需投入的總人力數，包含行/職業別人力需求數與變動數、行/職業別人力需求結構與變動數。
此處所指之人力需求，係涵蓋對於本國及外籍工作者的人力投入需求，與一般所提之就業數(即勞動市場供需交互影響下的國人就業數)不同。

Based on the macroeconomic model, this dataset estimates the total labor input required for industrial development under the premise of achieving an average annual economic growth rate of 3.4% during 2025–2030. The scope covers the quantity and change of labor demand by industry and occupation, as well as the structure and structural changes of labor demand by industry and occupation.

The labor demand referred to herein covers the labor input demand for both domestic and foreign workers, which differs from the general concept of employment volume, namely the number of domestic citizens employed under the interaction of labor market supply and demand.
