This dataset contains the source data and raw files supporting the figures in the manuscript entitled “Naturally occurring PB2 paired substitutions confer host-dependent polymerase phenotypes in H7N9 avian influenza viruses with differential ANP32 support”. The dataset includes numerical source data for Figures 1–6, statistical analysis files, uncropped and unprocessed western blot images for all blots, structural modeling outputs for Figure 8, and a GISAID accession list with processed PB2 amino-acid frequency tables. Full GISAID sequence files are not redistributed because redistribution may be restricted by GISAID data-use terms.
