The pilot-scale technical project for efficient separation and recovery of manganese and ammonia nitrogen from electrolytic manganese residues, with an annual processing capacity of 5000 tons, developed relevant technologies including four-stage countercurrent washing and eluate recovery processes. This project resolved the water balance problem when reusing the eluate in production, fully recycled the eluted soluble manganese and ammonia nitrogen back to the manganese metallurgical production line, and eliminated the environmental pollution caused by sewage discharge. This dataset primarily records the contents of manganese, ammonia nitrogen, moisture and other metals in the manganese residues after pressure filtration, with a total size of 48.59 MB.
