Crossroads of the unlicensed national road network

This dataset makes it possible to locate all interchanges, plan junctions and roundabouts of the unlicensed national road network. It is in line with the recommendations of the INSPIRE Directive. Each crossroads is defined by: - the name of the road to which it is attached - its location expressed in coordinates (X, Y, Z) or by a road marking system composed of 4 attributes: - pr = Road reference point - depPr = department where the PR is located - concessionPr = indicates whether the PR is on a conceded section (C) or not (N) - abs = abscissa or distance (in metres) between the point of the RP to which it relates - side: for separate carriageways, indicate whether the PR is on the right (D) or left (G) carriageway. the value "I" corresponds to the single carriageways - the type of crossroads - the roads encountered at this crossroads本数据集可实现对非授权国家道路网的所有互通立交、规划交叉口与环岛进行定位，且符合INSPIRE指令（INSPIRE Directive）的相关规范要求。 每个交叉口的定义包含以下要素： - 其所依附的道路名称 - 其位置可通过(X,Y,Z)坐标表达，或采用由4项属性构成的道路标记系统进行描述： - pr：道路参考点（Road Reference Point） - depPr：该参考点所在的省（department） - concessionPr：用于标识该参考点是否位于特许路段，取值为C（是）或N（否） - abs：关联参考点与该交叉口之间的横坐标（或距离，单位：米） - side：针对分离式行车道，标识该参考点位于右侧（D）或左侧（G）行车道；若取值为"I"，则对应单幅车道 - 交叉口类型 - 该交叉口所涉及的道路
