Mooring observations (ADCP, Chl/Turbidity sensor and Sediment trap) during Oshoro-maru C40 cruise

To quantify processes of vertical and/or horizontal transportation of particulate organic carbon (POC) and nitrogen (PON) in the Bering strait area, we conducted recovery/re-deployment of two long-term (year-long) mooring observatories. Sinking particles from the sediment traps were analyzed on on a CHN elemental analyzer (2400 Series II, PerkinElmer).

为量化白令海峡区域内颗粒有机碳（Particulate Organic Carbon, POC）与颗粒氮（Particulate Nitrogen, PON）的垂直及/或水平输运过程，我们完成了两套长期（为期一年）锚泊观测站的回收与重新部署作业。采用型号为2400 Series II的珀金埃尔默（PerkinElmer）CHN元素分析仪（CHN elemental analyzer），对沉积物捕集器采集的沉降颗粒开展了分析测试。
