B-Plan 6-001 New Fire Station (INSPIRE)

Inspire-compliant development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. Development plan 6-001 entered into force on 1.5.1969. A development plan contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning and is the central element of construction management planning. The setting-up community regulates where, what and how can be built. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The data is available in the INSPIRE-PLU data model and is available via OGC:WMS and predefined ATOM.本数据集为符合欧盟空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE）标准的布赖斯高弗赖堡市开发规划。编号为6-001的开发规划于1969年5月1日正式生效。开发规划包含城市规划领域具有法律约束力的管控要求，是建设管理规划的核心组成部分。规划编制主体明确了可开展建设的区位、建设类型与实施方式。原则上，开发规划需以土地利用规划为基础编制而成。本数据集采用INSPIRE公共土地使用（INSPIRE-PLU）数据模型进行组织，可通过OGC:WMS服务与预定义的ATOM服务获取。
