RNA-seq identifies the gene differential expression after Cisatracurium besylate (CIS) treatment in bone marrow-derived macrophages during Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) infection

To figure out the role of Cisatracurium besylate (CIS) treatment in Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) and the underlying mechanism, we performed RNA-seq analysis after CIS treatment in bone marrow-derived macrophages during Mtb infection. Overall design: Performed Cisatracurium besylate (CIS) treatment bone marrow-derived macrophages during Mtb infection to identify the gene differential expression.
