FRM Local Plan Districts (LPDs)

Flood Risk Management Local Plan Districts (LPDs) are geographical areas that are designated for flood management under the Flood Risk Management Act (Scotland) 2009. These areas have been based on river catchments that can cross administrative and institutional boundaries, in some locations local edits have been made to ensure locations which are part of the same sewer catchment have not been split across LPDs. SEPA and responsible authorities use these areas for the co-ordination of flood risk management in Scotland and to develop ongoing partnership working.洪水风险管理地方规划区（Flood Risk Management Local Plan Districts，缩写LPDs）系依据2009年《苏格兰洪水风险管理法》划定的、用于洪水管理的地理区域。此类区域以可跨越行政与管理边界的河流流域为基础划定，部分地域已开展本地调整，以确保同一污水汇水区的区域不会被拆分至不同LPD中。苏格兰环境保护局（Scottish Environment Protection Agency，SEPA）与相关主管部门依托上述区域统筹苏格兰境内的洪水风险管理工作，并推进持续开展的伙伴协作机制建设。
