课题组自2018年10月至2019年6月先后3次对安新县北喇喇地村涉重企业周边约13.3 hm2(210亩)农田土壤进行实地调查和布点采样。2018年10月,依据《农田土壤环境质量监测技术规范》(NY/T 395-2012),采用网格布点法(50 m×50 m)对研究区农田土壤进行系统性采样,调查总面积约13.3 hm2(210亩)。利用五点采样法采集0-20 cm 表层土壤样品,等量混合后用四分法取约1 kg 装入聚乙烯密封袋内,并记录实地坐标,共采集土壤样本56个(图3-2)。土样带回实验室后室温下自然风干和研磨,依次全部通过20、60和 100 目尼龙筛,置于自封袋中保存备用。

From October 2018 to June 2019, the research team carried out three on-site investigations and grid-based soil sampling campaigns for farmland soil surrounding heavy metal-related enterprises in Beilaladi Village, Anxin County, covering a total area of approximately 13.3 hm² (210 mu). In October 2018, systematic sampling was conducted on the farmland soil in the study area using the 50 m × 50 m grid sampling method in accordance with the "Technical Specification for Environmental Quality Monitoring of Farmland Soil" (NY/T 395-2012), with the total surveyed area being about 13.3 hm² (210 mu). 0–20 cm topsoil samples were collected via the five-point sampling method. After being thoroughly mixed in equal proportions, approximately 1 kg of the mixture was obtained using the quartering method, packed into polyethylene sealed bags, and their on-site coordinates were recorded. A total of 56 soil samples were collected (Figure 3-2). After being transported to the laboratory, the soil samples were air-dried at room temperature and ground, then sequentially passed through 20-, 60-, and 100-mesh nylon sieves, and finally stored in self-sealing bags for future use.
