Native microbiome and gut microbiota of Litoditis marina. Litoditis marina

Marine nematodes are the most abundant metazoans in marine sediments. Here we used full-length 16S amplicon sequencing to characterize the native microbiome of Litoditis marina. Then we focused on 72 isolates from the habitat of L. marina and generated whole genomes sequences via re-sequencing or de novo sequencing and assembly. In addition, we assessed the microbiota of L. marina and C. elegans.
