Insulin sensitivity and phenylalanine kinetic (Ra, Rd and MCR) values are shown in maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients versus not-MHD but insulin resistant subjects;<br>Content of the Integrin-associated proteins ILK, PINCH1, parvin, FAK and Rac1 as well as dystrophin and the proteins of the traditional insulin-stimulated glucose uptake pathway Akt and PINCH1 is shown for MHD and controls, and Rac1 mKO and wild type mouse models. <br><br>
本数据集展示了维持性血液透析(Maintenance Hemodialysis, MHD)患者与非MHD胰岛素抵抗受试者的胰岛素敏感性及苯丙氨酸动力学(Ra、Rd与MCR)相关指标;
