According to INSPIRE transformed development plan “In the area between the Blocher, Karl-Joos-, Jäger- and Lessingstraße” of the city of Kornwestheim based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.本数据集的编制依据为经INSPIRE（欧盟空间信息基础设施规范）转换的开发规划，该规划对应科恩韦斯泰姆市「布洛歇尔街（Blocherstraße）、卡尔-约斯街（Karl-Joos-Straße）、耶格街（Jägerstraße）与莱辛街（Lessingstraße）之间区域」，且基于版本5.0的XPlanung（德国土地规划数据集标准）数据集生成。
