Business park Eemshaven Zuidoost (Structure Vision Eemsmond-Delfzijl)

This stock contains the Eemshaven Zuidoost business park, as established in the Eemsmond-Delfzijl Structural Vision. The Environment Vision provides room for the expansion of the Eemshaven in a south-easterly direction. This area is primarily intended for data centres and to a limited extent for similar forms of energy-related activity and assembly of computers, peripherals and software. This so-called ‘dry’ inland expansion of the Eemshaven covers a gross area of 210 hectares. Of these, 30 hectares have already been realised and a maximum of 100 hectares will be spent for the said activity. The other hectares are intended, among other things, for the realisation of wind turbines, the construction of (technical) infrastructure and measures related to responsible landscape integration. This area was chosen because of the proximity of power plants and the associated security of supply, and the landing at the Eemshaven of the transatlantic internet cable.本数据集包含纳入《埃姆斯蒙德-德尔夫齐尔结构愿景》（Eemsmond-Delfzijl Structural Vision）的埃姆沙文东南商务园区（Eemshaven Zuidoost business park）。 本环境愿景为埃姆沙文港（Eemshaven）向东南方向扩张预留了发展空间。该区域主要用于数据中心（data centres）建设，亦可有限度开展同类能源相关活动，以及计算机、外围设备（peripherals）与软件的组装业务。本次埃姆沙文港的“干性”内陆扩张项目总用地面积达210公顷。其中30公顷已完成开发，最多将有100公顷用于前述用途。剩余地块将主要用于风力发电机组建设、（技术）基础设施搭建，以及兼顾景观友好性的景观整合相关措施落地。 选定该区域的原因在于其邻近电厂且能源供应保障性充足，同时可依托埃姆沙文港接入跨大西洋互联网海底光缆（transatlantic internet cable）。
