[EN] This dataset includes soil chemical and biological data collected from an apple orchard managed under two systems (Organic and IPM) and three interrow cover treatments (Control, Full Grass, and Grass-Legume). The measurements include soil microbial biomass, soil chemical properties, arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) colonization, soil microbial catabolic profiles, and soil fungal community structure and taxonomy, assessed at three time points (T0, T1, and T2).
