GT We propose to determine whether complex, possibly ionized FeK emissionis present in M81, NGC4579 and M51 as suggested by examination ofASCA data. We will constrain the energy of the line centroid and thus resolve whether the lineemitting gas is ionized. The line E.W. will be used as a diagnostic to discriminate between various models for the originof the FeK lines. Constraints on the line profiles will be used toindicate the extent of any relativistic line broadening or line complexity.
