Impact indicators on sales in the European Union and A.C. of the Basque Country, by country.

The main objective of the European Innovation Indicators Panel is to conduct a comparative analysis of the innovation performance of the EU-27 member states and to know the strengths and weaknesses of research and innovation systems. It is structured in four main blocks, with twelve dimensions, for a total of 32 indicators, from which a composite index is calculated that reflects the weight of the different dimensions. Depending on the score achieved in the composite indicator, countries are grouped into four categories: leading countries in innovation, countries with high innovation, countries with moderate innovation and countries with low innovation. 欧洲创新指标专家组（European Innovation Indicators Panel）的核心目标，是对欧盟27个成员国（EU-27）的创新表现开展对比分析，并厘清各国研究与创新体系的优势与不足。该分析框架共分为四大核心板块、十二个维度，涵盖总计32项指标，并基于此计算出可反映各维度权重的综合指数（composite index）。根据该综合指数的得分情况，各国被划分为四大类别：创新引领型国家、高创新水平国家、中等创新水平国家以及低创新水平国家。本次分析还将巴斯克地区的创新表现置于欧盟27国的整体语境下进行对比。
