Genome sequencing and assembly of three amphioxuses

We assembled the genomes of three amphioxuses using Pacbio long-read sequencing and Hi-C technology. The genomes were assembled to the chromosome level.本研究利用PacBio长读长测序（Pacbio long-read sequencing）与Hi-C技术（Hi-C technology），对3个文昌鱼（amphioxus）的基因组进行了组装，所有组装结果均达到染色体水平。
