DEVICE FOR REMOVAL OF BARK FROM TREE TRUNKS

FIELD: woodworking industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to woodworking industry， in particular to devices for removal of bark from tree trunks. Device for removing bark from tree trunks comprises a loading-unloading device， a container with water， a conveyor for logs， a barking and drying chambers， and a control panel. Loading-unloading device is in form of a mobile crane plant. Mobile crane plant is made with possibility of submerging trunks into vessel with heated aqueous solution and reagents softening bark trunks. Conveyor is configured to deliver logs into the barking chamber made in the form of a sealed vacuum installation in which the evacuation process takes place， as a result of which the bark is separated from the tree trunk. Bark is fed into storage hopper， and tree trunks cleared of bark are supplied by loading device into drying chamber. Control panel is made in the form of a computer installation with possibility of tracking the whole technological process on the computer screen.
