The goal of this study is to examine H3K27ac genome-wide in leukemic cells treated with HDAC1,2 inhibitor Overall design: SupB15 cells were treated with 2uM ACY0135 for 36hr. SupB15 cells were mixed with Drosophila S2 cells at a ratio of 2:1. CHIP with H3K27ac antibody was performed as described in the manuscript. The sequencing was perfomed with 3 DMSO control samples and 3 ACY1035 treated samples.
