Preprocessed NMR spectra of breath of cats, healthy and with asthma

Preprocessed NMR spectra of 53 cats when healthy (H) and six weeks later when experimental asthma has been induced (A). The preprocessing steps were probabilistic quotient normalization and glog transformation. These preprocessed NMR spectra are ready for multivariate statistical analysis. <br>The data table is provided in both text and Microsoft Excel formats.

本数据集收录53只健康状态（标记为H）家猫的预处理核磁共振波谱（NMR spectra），以及诱导实验性哮喘六周后（标记为A）采集的对应波谱。本次预处理采用概率商归一化（probabilistic quotient normalization）与glog变换两种方法。经上述预处理的核磁共振波谱已可直接用于多变量统计分析。
本次提供的数据表同时包含文本格式与Microsoft Excel格式版本。
