Associated data for studying de novo mutations and recombination events of the highly heterozygous amphioxus genome

Germline de novo mutations and recombination rates in highly heterozygous amphioxus were quantified using high-depth trio-seq data combined with novel detection methods for de novo mutations and recombination events. This Dataset provides genome assemblies and other data described in the papers.
