赣锋锂业是目前全球金属锂最大的供应商,但是多年的生产经验表明,工厂在锂电解生产中存在夏天生产情况差、电流效率低的问题。同样的电解槽、电解生产线和电解生产工艺,当冬天气温较低,空气湿度较小的时候,电解电流效率高,可以达到80%以上;但是到了夏天,气温较高,湿度较大的时候,电流效率急剧下降,甚至会降低到50%-60%。为我国新能源战略的实施提供原料保障,华东理工大学国家盐湖资源综合利用工程技术研究中心在进行了技术攻关。该数据集主要用来记录了金属锂示范装置的关键参数随时间演变规律和金属锂示范装置现场电流强度验证。

Ganfeng Lithium is currently the world's largest supplier of metallic lithium. However, years of production experience have revealed that the plant suffers from poor production performance and low current efficiency during lithium electrolysis in summer. With identical electrolyzers, electrolysis production lines and electrolysis processes, the electrolysis current efficiency can reach over 80% when the temperature is low and air humidity is relatively low in winter. However, in summer when the temperature is high and humidity is elevated, the current efficiency drops sharply, even falling to 50% to 60%. To ensure raw material supply for the implementation of China's new energy strategy, the National Engineering Research Center for Comprehensive Utilization of Salt Lake Resources, East China University of Science and Technology, has conducted targeted technical research. This dataset is primarily utilized to record the temporal evolution patterns of key parameters of the metallic lithium pilot plant and perform on-site current intensity validation for the pilot plant.
