1. This dataset aggregates enterprise support policies publicly released by four levels of governments (national, provincial, municipal, and county-level). It provides convenient access for enterprise users with clear policy application requirements, enabling enterprises to efficiently match applicable support policies based on their actual operational conditions and obtain more policy dividends.
2. "Zengxinbao" is a data application product developed to meet the financing and credit enhancement needs of enterprises and the customer acquisition needs of banks. It leverages artificial intelligence and big data technologies to conduct intelligent matching between authorized voluntarily submitted data from enterprises intending to borrow and policy data publicly released by government departments and accessible for public inquiry and sharing. It calculates the potential support funds that enterprises may qualify for, takes this support amount as a certification of the enterprises' enhanced creditworthiness for bank borrowings, and provides data empowerment to facilitate financing transactions between enterprises and banks.
