The challenge In order to help shape politics, it helps a lot if you are well informed.All the information on political decisions in a municipality lies in so-called Council information systems (or in short: RIS) and a large part of this data has always been public. The only problem is that the Council Information Systems are working tools for Council members and administration.The public part for citizens is therefore not the focus. And that’s exactly what we want to change. The approach People in a city don't think so much in committees and application types, but in geographical places and keywords. For example, one has the approximate address and the name of a playground in mind, not so much the competent office and the legislative period in which the playground was built. In order to optimise the presentation of political decisions in a municipality for citizens, data is needed in a structured form. To this end, we have developed the OParl industry standard, which is now also offered by the majority of Council Information System manufacturers. With the data in OParl format you can now build completely new representations. Modern web technologies such as search servers and the intersection of data with geodata from OpenStreetMap help. Project website: https://politik-bei-uns.de挑战缘起 为助力参与政治治理，充分的信息储备至关重要。市级层面的所有政治决策相关信息，均存储于所谓的议会信息系统（Council Information Systems，简称RIS）中，且其中绝大多数数据一直以来均为公开数据。 但问题在于，此类议会信息系统仅为议员与行政管理人员的办公工具，因此面向市民的公开内容并未成为其设计核心，而这正是我们希望改变的现状。 项目思路 市民并不会从委员会、应用类型的维度来理解政务信息，而是更关注地理区位与关键词。举例而言，人们往往只会记住某户外游乐场地的大致地址与名称，而非负责该项目的主管部门或是其修建所属的议会会期。 为优化市级政治决策信息面向市民的展示形式，需将数据转化为结构化格式。为此，我们研发了OParl行业标准，目前多数议会信息系统厂商均已支持该标准。 依托OParl格式的数据，即可构建全新的信息展示形态。借助搜索服务器等现代Web技术，以及政务数据与OpenStreetMap（开放街道地图）地理数据的融合应用，可打造更优质的信息展示效果。 项目官网：https://politik-bei-uns.de
