The SBCDDB contains Sleeping Beauty transposon data derived from 2354 tumors representing 19 distinct mouse models of human cancer. These data were obtained from published and unpublished studies.The SBCDDB provides visual representations highlighting the spatial attributes of transposon mutagenesis and couples this functionality with analysis of gene sets, enabling users to interrogate relationships between drivers.
