Data and code are used for the simulations presented in ‘Time-frequency domain local spectral analysis of seismic signals with multiple windows’ by Y. Wang (2022). doi: 10.1098/rspa.2022.0251. This Data Repository includes the following five files: (1) The seismic data file: ‘seismictrace_cdp900.su’, which is in standard ‘SeismicUnix’ format. (2) The software: ‘wang_WVD_multiwin.c’, which is written in C in the platform of ‘SeismicUnix’. (3) Compiling the code, please run ‘Makefile’. (4) The job file: ‘WVD_multiwin.job’, which runs job, including calculation and plotting. (5) The image file: ‘seismic_tfspectrum_WVD_multiwin.eps’, which is the resulting image in the ‘.eps’ format.
