This study evaluated the CTU Registrar Portal's usability using the ISO 9241-11 model, employing think-aloud protocols and SUS assessments with the university’s alumni and current students. Remote testing revealed significant differences in task efficiency between groups, highlighting the impact of learnability. Moreover, common errors, technical glitches, and usability challenges were identified. Exit interviews also revealed interface disorientation, accessibility issues, and counterproductive portal features. Based on these findings, recommendations are proposed for portal improvements, including login, homepage, and request page refinements, to enhance user experience.

本研究依托ISO 9241-11可用性评估模型，采用出声思维协议法与系统可用性量表（System Usability Scale，SUS）评估方式，针对该校校友与在读学生群体，对CTU注册门户的可用性进行了评测。远程测试结果表明，不同受试组的任务效率存在显著差异，凸显了可学习性的影响效应。此外，研究还识别出了常见操作失误、技术故障及多类可用性挑战。用户完成测试后的收尾访谈进一步揭示了界面迷失感、可访问性障碍，以及若干适得其反的门户功能设计。基于上述研究结论，本研究针对该注册门户提出了多项优化建议，涵盖登录页、首页与申请页面的细节改进，以全面提升用户体验。
