Purpose: The goal of this study is to compare transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) between tumors of mammary tumor bearing mice treated with a vehicle control or FDA approved Hedgehog signaling inhibitor, Vismodegib. Overall design: Methods: mRNA profiles of vehicle control and Vismodegib treated mice were generated by deep sequencing, using Illumina HiSeq. The samples were sequenced using a 2x150bp Paired End (PE) configuration. Image analysis and base calling were conducted by the HiSeq Control Software (HCS).
