Statistics on work-family conflict and burnout among pilots

In order to study the impact of work-family conflict on occupational burnout among pilots after the COVID-19 pandemic, the Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey and the Zhao Xinyuan Bi-directional Scale of Work-Family Conflict were utilized as research tools. The study focused on pilots from Shandong Airlines.

为探究新冠疫情后工作-家庭冲突对飞行员职业倦怠的影响，本研究采用马斯拉赫职业倦怠量表通用版（Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey）与赵鑫源工作-家庭冲突双向量表（Zhao Xinyuan Bi-directional Scale of Work-Family Conflict）作为研究工具，研究对象为山东航空公司的飞行员。
