CRAC of yeast RNA polymerase II in Topoisomerase 1 and 2 depleted cells

We obtained RNA polymerase II profiles across the genome of S.cerevisiae cells harbouring Top1-AID and Top2-AID tagged proteins. Cells were treated with anauxin analog (IAA) to induce degradation of Top1-AID and Top2-AID. This allowed us to compare RNAPII in absence of Top1 and Top2 activity to the control condition (absence of IAA treatment).我们获取了携带Top1-AID与Top2-AID标签蛋白的酿酒酵母（S.cerevisiae）细胞的全基因组RNA聚合酶II（RNA polymerase II，简称RNAPII）分布谱。随后对细胞施加生长素类似物吲哚乙酸（IAA）处理，以诱导Top1-AID与Top2-AID的降解。借此我们可将缺失Top1与Top2活性时的RNAPII与对照组（未施加IAA处理的样本）进行对比。
