This dataset contains raw data, analysis scripts and statistical evaluation files of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy for microelectrode characterization, noise recordings of microelectrodes for characterization purposes, as well as electrophysiological cell studies. It also includes all figures from the publication and the supporting information.
