Latvian Pollutant Transfer Register (PRTR) — contains annual information on emissions of chemicals and whole groups of substances from large installations in production facilities (sites) where installations for the operation of which it is necessary to obtain permits for carrying out polluting activities are used. Each year, data from the register is obtained from the largest environmental pollutants — operators of installations that have received category A or B permits for carrying out polluting activities. The EU registry on industrial sites is a data flow that collects information on the facilities, installations, and plants which are obliged to report under the European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register (E-PRTR Regulation 166/2006/EC) Regulation and the Industrial Emissions Directive (IED Directive 2010/75/EU).拉脱维亚污染物转移登记册（Pollutant Transfer Register，PRTR）收录生产设施（场地）内大型装置的化学品及整类物质的年度排放数据，此类装置的运行需取得污染活动许可。该登记册的年度数据均来源于持有A类或B类污染活动许可的大型环境污染物排放装置运营主体。欧盟工业场地登记册属于一类数据流，用于收集需按《欧洲污染物释放与转移登记册（European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register，E-PRTR）条例（EC 166/2006/EC）》及《工业排放指令（Industrial Emissions Directive，IED）（2010/75/EU）》要求报送信息的设施、装置与工厂的相关数据。
