The land use plan (POS) is digitised according to the national requirements of the CNIG. This lot informs the right to build in the municipality. In addition to regulated zoning (ZONE_URBA), it can contain up to 2 other data sets: surface requirements (PRESCRIPTION_SURF) and/or surfacing information (INFO_SURF).

宗地已失效（依据《城市规划法典》第L 174-3条），自2017年3月27日起归入RNU。
土地使用规划（POS）已依据CNIG的国家规范完成数字化。本数据集载明该辖区内的建设权限。除法定分区（ZONE_URBA）外，还可包含至多2类额外数据集：面积要求（PRESCRIPTION_SURF）和/或地表信息（INFO_SURF）。
