This study investigates the neuroprotective potential of cannabidiol (CBD) in a neuronal cell model of perinatal hypoxia–ischemia. CBD significantly reduced oxidative stress, preserved antioxidant enzyme activity, and regulated iron metabolism, thereby alleviating ferroptosis. These findings highlight CBD as a promising therapeutic agent in hypoxic–ischemic brain injury.
本研究探讨了大麻二酚(cannabidiol, CBD)在围产期缺氧缺血神经元细胞模型中的神经保护潜力。CBD可显著降低氧化应激水平、维持抗氧化酶活性并调控铁代谢,从而缓解铁死亡(ferroptosis)。上述研究结果表明,CBD有望成为缺氧缺血性脑损伤的潜在治疗药物。
