Income classes; private households, characteristics, 2000-2014

In this publication, households are classified according to the level of income. A limited and comprehensive classification of income classes has been applied. It distinguishes various income concepts, namely primary income, gross income, disposable income and standardised disposable income. Households are further distinguished by characteristics such as household composition, age and origin grouping of the main cost earner, main source of income, housing situation and region. Data available from 2000 to 2014. Status of the figures The figures for 2000 are provisional. As this table has been discontinued, the data will no longer be definitive.
